Sam co-founded Wexford Developments in 2014 and leads the West Palm Beach office, overseeing strategic investments, capital raising, and day-to-day operations in USA. Prior to Wexford, he worked at Wexford Capital LP, focusing on real estate investment and asset management.

Kendal Harazny

Principal

Kendal co-founded Wexford Developments and leads the Calgary office, overseeing investments, development, and operations in Canada. He previously managed the Western Canadian real estate portfolio for a large US based private equity firm, and prior to that, worked at PwC specializing in distressed real estate and construction projects and companies.

Ian Cameron

Chief Financial Officer

Ian has been with Wexford Developments since its founding in 2014. Located in Calgary, he oversees the financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions of Wexford Developments, in addition to overseeing project economics, project financing, collaborating with operating partners on asset management, and sourcing new development opportunities.

Laura Fader

Development Manager

Laura has been with Wexford Developments since its founding in 2014. She manages projects from early design through lease up. Laura works closely with consultants, municipalities and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.

Vice President of Acquisitions

Charles joined Wexford Developments in 2018 and focuses on the company’s USA assets. Located in New York City, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating opportunistic investments.

Lawrence Zastre

Vice President of Construction

Lawrence joined Wexford Developments in 2018 and leads all construction and preconstruction activities, including site evaluation, project delivery, and acquisition due diligence. He previously spent 12 years at EllisDon and has broad experience across high-rise, industrial, and commercial construction.

Portfolio Manager

Emma joined Wexford in 2022 and leads asset management for the multi-family portfolio, bridges development and design with operations to optimize NOI, leasing performance, and capital plans. Her background spans brokerage, investment, and development in Canada and the U.S., including work with major pension funds across the full project life cycle.

Brett joined the team in 2024 and focuses on new investments, including value-add opportunities and greenfield sites within target markets in Canada. He supports asset stabilization and performance optimization, bringing five years of multi-family valuation experience from his time at CBRE.

Gerlie joined us in 2023 and oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance across the firm and its portfolio. A designated CPA and CMA, she brings over a decade of accounting experience across real estate and international markets.

Development Associate

Adam joined Wexford Developments in late 2025 as a Development Associate at the Calgary Office. Adam focuses on the execution and delivery of the firm's developments, ensuring seamless transitions from project ideation through construction to final delivery. Prior to joining Wexford, Adam worked at PwC in Real Estate Advisory and Capital Project Management.

Steve Joseph

Asset Manager

Steve joined Wexford Developments in March 2026 and is based in Calgary, focusing on the lease-up and stabilization of the company's purpose-built rental portfolio across Western Canada and the U.S. Southwest. He works closely with operating partners and on-site management teams to drive leasing performance, optimize net operating income, and oversee commercial tenant relationships.
